岗位职责
Responsibilities
出纳:备用金管理,收入收讫,银行和发票事宜
Cashier:petty cash management, payment collection, bank and invoices business
报表:每日,每周及每月向总部汇报销售、库存和人员变动情况及收入和开支
Reports: daily, weekly and monthly report to Head Office about sales results, storage, personal change, income and expense
销售协调:协调当地快递员工向客户派送套装
Sales coordination: coordinate with local sales supporter to deliver packages to members
工商行政工作:协调营业执照年检和向政府部门提交相关文件的工作
Industrial Commercial Admin: assist with business license annual check and submit related files
人事:准备并收齐员工入职所需文件以及维护考勤工作
Human Resource Admin: prepare and collect staff files, maintain the record and attendance
完成上级领导分配的其他任务
Complete other tasks assigned by superior managers

要求
Requirements
专科及以上学历
Colleague degree o above
良好的英语书面语运用能力
Good ability in written English
关注细节,可同时胜任几项任务,能在规定时间内完成
Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and work independently to meet deadlines
自律性强,工作态度积极向上
Highly motivated and proactive
逻辑思维能力,善于沟通
Logical thinker with excellent communication skills
优秀的MS Office运用能力,例如Excel、Word等
