Contribute to the sourcing strategy and to creating value for the company in collaboration with the global Purchasing category manager & local stakeholders.

Work with supply chain team and be responsible for supplier service improvement, cost reduction, added value, supply flexibility & sustainability, as well as continuous improvement

1. Category purchasing for MRO (Maintenance   ,repair ，operations ) Spart parts and industrial service for the plants in   LYG

2. Recognition the demand from the user department   and find the right supplier to get the quotation and follow the procedure   until to place the order

3. Negotiate with supplier for better price and   Sign the contract with Potetial suppliers if need

4.    Finalize the details for  the   Framework agreement with key suppliers    and sign the FA yearly , to create the Contract in system .

5. Deliver targeted savings within the budget and   ensure the sparts part and service meet the quality and time requirement  

6. Process standardization and optimization, work   instruction preparation, sourcing, supplier development, supplier performance   setting & monitoring, supplier qualification, training and supplier and   evaluation.  

7 . Participate into Risk management and take the   responsibility on compliance of Risk management control .
