Ensure the purchase work for food ingredient Premix project.

Contribute to the sourcing strategy and procedure in collaboration with Purchasing category manager & stakeholders.

Work with Global team and be responsible for purchasing excellence, digital implementation, as well as continuous improvement.

1. Take lead or involve into whole Category   sourcing & purchasing management for food ingredient Premix project.

2. Process standardization and optimization, work   instruction preparation, sourcing, supplier development, supplier performance   setting & monitoring, supplier qualification, training and supplier and   evaluation.

3.Develop, implement the procurement plan, lead   the bid, prepare RFP and bid evaluation, drive supplier selection; sign and   negotiate with suppliers for price, terms and contract.

4.Work with Global team and be responsible for   purchasing excellence, digital implementation, as well as continuous   improvement (English skill)

5.Analysis the monthly purchasing data, seek for   cost avoidance chance.(EXCEL skill)

6.Work with local plant purchase & SC team to   ensure  CONTINUOUS supply to plant.

7.Participate into Risk management and take the   responsibility on compliance of Risk management control .
