职位描述

Position Summary

 The intern will mainly provide support to the talent management team in recruitment process implementation, including but not limited to intern positions posting on social media(i.e WeChat Official Account) and recruitment channels, resume and phone screening, interview coordination, and intern on/off-boarding & life-cycle management etc.. This intern will also help with other teams on projects if needed.

The main responsibilities include:

Internship Program Management (70%)

  • Intern Recruitment: Communicate with line managers on the department’s hiring needs and timeline; post intern positions on recruitment channels; collect resume and phone screen candidates; draft interview summaries to line managers on suitable candidates.
  • Promotion: Develop a personal/school network and manage social media to promote intern positions and attract more suitable applicants.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews for line managers and follow up the process; reply and deliver results to candidates.
  • Onboarding: Oversee new intern’s onboarding process, collect onboarding documents; assist the Recruitment Manager on new intern’s NYU account activation and campus card printing; host weekly new intern first-day orientation and help with the agreement signing.
  • Intern’s Life-cycle Management: Maintain intern-related documents and sheets; response to other intern’s queries; take care agreement renewal and other requests by line managers if needed.
  • Offboarding: Attend to intern’s offboarding process; host exit interview on intern’s last day and record exit interview summaries.
  • Optimization: Take the initiative to optimize the internship program with the help of the HR supervisor based on the team’s needs and the intern’s own strength.
  • Communications and others (30%)

  • Assist in managing social media accounts including designing and generating Job Postings on WeChat, Weibo, and other platforms.
  • Support online/offline Career Fair including designing promotional materials, preparing logistics support, and providing on-site support etc.
  • Other ad-hoc Assignments. 
  • Qualifications

  • University students with strong interests in recruitment and HR field; previous internship experience in HR is highly preferred.
  • A positive attitude towards work with great attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently, while knowing how to ask for help when needed.
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Familiar with software for picture/video editing/designing.
  • Attendance requirement: 3-4 days a week for at least 3 months.
