RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Financial modelling and analysis

o    Evaluating and producing financial, feasibility and sensitivity analysis for potential investments.
o    Developing and maintaining financial models.
o    Liaising with various internal departments and/or external parties on analyses and assumptions.

·         Market research and presentations

o    Producing and translating presentations, teasers and memos for both internal and external parties.
o    Conducting comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research.
o    Monitoring and highlighting relevant market information and/or regulations that will impact RTG Capital’s business and existing/future investments.

·         Other duties

o    Maintaining the deal list and pipeline database.
o    Assisting in deal sourcing.
o    Acting as the liaison for the team as well as assisting in establishing and maintaining relationships with partners, external or counter parties.
o    Assist in other ad-hoc duties.

 CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS：

 Industry experience
o   Previous investment banking or investment-related experience, is preferred.
o   Understanding of valuation methodologies and applications, supported by robust financial modelling skills.
o   Exposure to consumer brands and/or real estate sectors, is preferred.
o   International experience is a plus.

 Education
o   Bachelor’s degree or above in Investment/Finance/Accounting/Economics or equivalent.

Other
o   Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
o   Ability to read, write and communicate in both English and Chinese is a must.
o   Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o   Interest in finance especially the consumer and/or real estate sectors.
o   Strong work ethic, results driven, resourceful and takes the initiative, working individually or as a group.
o   Good interpersonal and communication skills.
