JOB DESCRIPTION HR Marketing Support project leaders to manage communications of OTS learning, talent and organizational development programs, include but not be limited to the following tasks:
Support the digital learning in North Asia by sourcing content, consolidating resources, translation and layout design.
Develop internal communication and promotion materials e.g. AD, newsletter, emails, deck, etc. to promote learning activities, talent program etc.
Manage and evaluate the outcomes of HR marketing by collecting and analyzing user data
Learning Operation: Support learning and development program preparation and implementation by providing high quality operational supports, include but not be limited to the following tasks:
Online learning system management
Logistics support: registrations/outlook calendar invites, learning credits recording, technical support, PO and payment, etc.
Organizational Development Project: Support the organization development projects and initiatives: Performance Management; Disney Diversity and Inclusion; Change Management etc.
Understand the whole program and join the event proposal design
Assist the project communication materials, consulate decks, and translation
Involved in the program implementation, e.g. events logistic preparation and onsite support
Data Analysis: Support to consolidate diversified data for analysis, evaluation and provide insights for future improvement, include:
Learning activities and feedbacks; course evaluation and data analysis
HR Marketing traffics and user preference
Employee headcount quarterly report

Language and Skillset
Excellent in English
Design skill: Proficient/fast learner in design tools, i.e. PS, Powerpoint, Keynote/Pages master user is a plus
Data analytical skill: Proficient/fast learner in analysis tools, i.e. Excel etc.
