Roles & Main Responsibilities:
- Support dealer technical support team for infotainment system software update in support center.
- Infotainment issue analysis and follow up with upstream for issue resolution
- Technical support report performance analysis
Key program Metrics
- Improvement of customer/retailer satisfaction score
- Reduction in unit down days
- Aligned with JLR global ‘customer first’ approach
Requirements:
- Computer language knowledge, Linux is prefer
- Power user of Excel and Power Point is a must
- Fluent English
- Be available to work at least 3 days/week;
- Be with a duration for minimum 3 months;
