ABOUT THE JOB:
1. Clean-up, update and maintain HR related files.
2. Assist in the paper work and coordination of various of HR related tasks
3. Contract/ Payment follow ups
4. Assist in collecting employee tax benefits related documents.
5. Daily Management of administrative issues of team such as calendar/meetings.
6. Others duties assigned as per need.
ABOUT YOU
1. Proficiency with Microsoft application: word, excel & PowerPoint.
2. Fluent in English writing, listening & speaking
3. Team player and strong experience working in collaborative work environment
4. 3-5 Days per week
