Job Description:
1. Welcome and greet visitors friendly and professionally to ensure their pleasant visiting experience;
2. Answer and transfer phones professionally and deal with outgoing courier document and mailing management;
3. Order and distribute office stationery/cleaning supply/coffee/drinking water/business card/envelop/PPE;
4. PO creation on monthly admin & facility related expense;
5. Responsible for new associate on-boarding preparation process, including access badge/name plate/extension assignment/contact list update and maintain;
6. Inside meeting and event support, including meeting room reservation, lunch/tea break/stationery, etc.;
7. Business trip for associates: hotel reservation, invitation letter, US Visa checking, etc.
8. Support with other tasks as assigned;
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Junior college graduate or secondary school graduate; minimum working three days/week.
2. Passionate to understand MNC operation; Familiar with Microsoft office software;
3. Responsible and team work, proactive and eagle to learn new things;
4. Good communication skills and service awareness, considerate;
