Job Description:
Be active in diversity topic study and research, provide analytics report and insight on diversity topic, especially on generation diversity;
Follow up purchasing and payment process for training programs
Support for organizing virtual leadership programs with digital tools
Support on employee activities pursuing great employee experience
Support on HR OD related project management in terms of info research and data processing
Support documentation and preparation of a workshop in order to deploy company / department level strategy
Support on other administrative tasks in the field of organizational change, culture development, health management, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement
Job requirement:
Bachelor degree or above, major in HR / English preferred
Good English skills in both written and oral; Good interpersonal relationship; eager to learn; strong willingness to work on administrative works; a good team player

主要负责为英飞凌大中华区HR部门提供日常支持(组织有效性和人员发展team),其工作内容包括但不限于:
-参与多样化的主题研究,并提供有关分析报告
-跟踪培训计划的资金流向
-使用数字化工具来组织虚拟领导力计划
-支持提升员工工作经验的相关活动
-支持与人力资源OD相关的信息数据收集和处理
-支持研讨会和相关文档的准备,以部署公司/部门级策略
-支持其他行政任务:例如组织变革,文化发展,健康管理,多元化和包容性以及提升员工敬业度方面组织发展计划
职位要求:
本科以上学历,人力资源/英语专业优先;
良好的英语听说读写能力;
良好的人际关系;
想要学习从事人力资源工作的强烈意愿;
