We offer graduate trainee program to students who wish to gain practical work experience in the world’s leading insurance broker. In the first three to six months you will be as an intern, Students will get acquainted with insurance and risk management services through innovative tools and service platforms. Students with good performance during the internship will be given a strong consideration for full-time employment.

You will be assigned to one of our specialty practices – RM, Corporate, High Technology, FINPRO, Cargo, Product Risk, PEMA, Placement& etc.

Essential Responsibilities:

1.  Provides service support to the client advisor, sales professional and client executive relating to the development and servicing of insurance brokerage and risk management accounts.

2.  Provides ongoing support by gathering and managing information on market practices with regards to general trends, pricing and underwriting policies. Coordinates with advisors and client executives to document, evaluate and select insurance carrier coverage quotes.

3.  Monitors and supports claims process to ensure progress from notification through to closure with the specific focus on the negotiation and agreement of losses.

4.  Understands and complies with published Marsh Professional Standards and guidelines.

5.  Ensures quality of deliverables and enforce critical deadlines.

Requirements:

1.      Undergraduate or postgraduate students in Business / Finance / Marketing / Risk Management / Insurance / Law or related disciplines

2.      Will graduate in or after 2020，before2022

3.      Passion to join the insurance brokerage industry

4.      A team player with good analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills

5.      Good in verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin

6.      Proficient in the full MS Office suite

7.      Reputable university is preferred (985&211&overseas university
