Job Description:

·        Support CAL managers to analyze and monitor 3 ports CAL operational data to understand business health status

·        Monitor CAL departmental KPIs and alert risk to management as necessary

         Throughput - Monitor daily actual & forecasted release cars, monitor performance against target

         Quality - monitor quality audit result of each port and support bi-weekly report generation

         Stock - Monitor stock vehicle status, CAL inspection, CAL repair, UPS completion status and convert them into daily report

        Forecast - Monitor shipping schedule and sales target of 3 ports (this and next month) and alert any changes to management.

Key Skills Required

·        Excel skills - Efficient (Vlookup, etc.)

·        Data analysis skills - basic data analysis for existing and forecasted business objectives

·        Presentation skills - ppt or equivalent report creation to monitor CAL business operation health status
