Main Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in IT department Standard Operation Process & Procedure development, include. Special task project.
Assist in routine IT operation jobs like: data backup operation; internal platform maintain and update; end user IT technical support; procurement and payment process operation;…etc
Assist in IT business solution research and optimization.
Attend into the coordination of ALENSASH IT global/local infrastructure project as the PMO (project management officer) role. (that depends on the candidate’s personal ability)
Other tasks required by Superior.

Qualifications
Education: University student in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines.
Working Experience: Experience in IT operation and troubleshooting.
Foreign Language: Reading, writing, and speaking English.
