Responsibilities

1.  Search qualified candidates with various techniques (job board, referrals and direct sourcing);

2.  Support to operate FrieslandCampina Official Wechat Recruiting Account and other social media recruiting account;

3.  Make the first-round phone interview with candidates and make comments;

4.  Set up and maintain talent pool;

5.  Arrange interview in the form of F2F, phone and zoom ;

6.  Support the Summer Intern recruiting and other administrative work. 

Requirement

1. Bachelor or above

2. Fluent English both in written and speaking

3. Good at EXCEL and strong analytic skills

4. Good communication skills and logical thinking

5. Work conscientiously and responsibly

6. Team player and quick learner

7. At least 4 days per week

上班时间: 9:30-18:00，中午12:00-13:30休息。

实习薪资: 150/天，不扣税
