Purchasing Intern

(PT&O: Purchasing Transformation & Operational)

Main Responsibilities:
1. Collect and update tracking purchasing data and generate management dash board.
2. Coordinate the information of different divisions of purchasing team.
3. Assist the projects of PT&O team to collect the related information (including communication with external suppliers and internal buyers), analysis the data and output status report.
4. Support the purchasing supervisor on a daily basis per business operational activities with respective supporting document.
5. Support the daily work of PT&O team and be ready for any emergency issues.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and above
2. Good communication and data analysis skills (strong sense of logical analysis)
3. Good English level (Be able to handle English working environment)
4. Working days: 3-5 days/week, 5 months or longer
5. Good at MS office (excel, word)
