Role (Purpose of the job)

To support Commercial Support team on daily operations

Key Responsibilities

• Support with Free Maintenance and Local Fitting payment process;
• Support with materials preparation/consolidation (PowerPoint, excel, etc.) as required;
• Help with sales contract and invoice filing;
• Support of meeting arrangements;
• Marketing support as necessary;
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Key requirements

• Complete integrity, strong sense of responsibility, efficiency and detailed orientation
• Proficient in Excel, and good in PowerPoint
• English as working language
• Good team player, with effective communication
• University or postgraduate students in business administration, commercial or logistics
• 2 or 3 days/week, at least 3 days/week at month end
