Job Responsibility：

-- In charge of fapiao collection;

-- Manage issue of Fapiao &delivery;

-- VAT fapiao maintain & Filing;

-- Perform petty cash reconciliation on monthly basis,prepare the cash reconciliation;

-- Responsible for internal reconciliation to ensure payments is accurate;

-- As Finance PA to DBA on some pre-work about payment claim, purchasing request claim, Contract sealissue and etc.

-- Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned of Financial PA (collect payments/contract etc.

Requirement:

-- this post is an internship, ensuring 3-4 days a week.

-- major in finance and accounting.

-- barrier free English communication;

岗位职责：

-- 负责发票收集；

-- 管理和解决交货问题；

-- 增值税的维护和备案；

-- 每月执行小额现金对账，准备现金余额调节表；

-- 负责内部校对，确保付款准确；

-- 对付款申请、采购申请、合同签发等问题进行前期工作。

-- 完成财务分派的任务（收款/合同等）。

任职要求：

-- 本岗为实习岗位，保证每周到岗3-4天；

-- 财务会计等相关专业；

-- 英语无障碍交流；
