·       This position is dedicated to supporting the Global Billing Operations Team.

·       The key responsibilities of this role will be :

Ø  Handle eBay Global Payment Disputes for different payment processor (PayPal, Credit Card)

Ø  Understand eBay Seller Risk policy

Ø  Analysis of complex payment or billing issues and effectively solve problems as well as proactively investigate payment and billing issues and suggest solutions that will enhance the customer experience

·       The scope includes the operational processes of billing and payment related research tasks. The reoccurring tasks will be measured against pre-defined service levels and quality objectives.

·       A key element to this role is to have a close cooperation and open communication with all Global Billing Operations teams both onsite in Shanghai and Globally. The Billing Operations Analyst will work within the framework of the company’s long term objectives in optimizing resources, technology and innovative thought to ensure that we are supporting a high quality, trusting trading environment.
