WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:

• Responsible for daily work, including

1. Checking the buzz in social media, to pick up the sensitive message and generated weekly and monthly report
2. Checking the fake account and report from sina/wechat backend, and consolidate the evidence to submit to legal team for further action
3. Search and consolidate the competitor social content to generate an competitor report
4. Search the best cases in social media and share to team for inspiration every month

• Backend operation support

1. Westore product information upload and verification
2. Offline store LBS update to wechat/GaoDe Map/ other platforms
3. Explore and execute other platforms official account set up

• Deliver documents on time (word/excel/ppt), and make sure all the deliverables are acceptance check
• Consolidate the DW users data, assist to execute the communication content

• 认真负责每天常规工作，包括

1. 整理每天社交媒体的舆论，选出敏感信息整理为周报和月报
2. 查找/举报虚假账号
3. 竞品报告整理与分析
4. 整理社交媒体最佳行业案例

• 社交后台操作支持

1. 品牌专区内容整理
2. 线下门店信息整理与上传
3. 开拓新社交媒体，研究并计划上线官方内容

• 确保提交文档质量与按时提交，熟练使用word/excel/powerpoint等文档软件。
• 整理品牌粉丝数据，协助执行对应内容的传播
