Key Responsibilities:
- Providing supportto the Accounting Department. 服务于财务部门
- Performing basicoffice tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing themail, 协助处理办公室工作,文件整理、数据录入、邮件和电话处理
- Handlingcommunications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person. 通过电话邮件或者会面,协助处理客户供应商的沟通
- Preparing accountingreports. 准备会计报告
- Assisting withaudits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Requirement :
- - Associate’s degree in related field with work experience
- - More education, experience, or additional certifications and licenses area plus
- - Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
- - Familiarity with basic Accounting principles.
- - Professional manner and strong ethical code.
- - Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- - Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
