4. 职位描述：
To be responsible for IPQC job of XFD, to ensure the quality of whole production process is under control, to prevent bulk production from non-conforming batches happening.
对厦门布料生产区(XFD)进行过程检验，确保生产过程中的质量得到管控，防止大批量不合格品产生。
5. 具体职责
• To conduct first article inspection/testing according to IPQC procedure
依据过程检验规范对首件（首卷）进行检验；
• To conduct routine testing according to IPQC procedure
依据过程检验规范对生产过程进行检验；
• To check and monitor process parameters according to process specifications
依据生产规格书对生产中的工艺参数进行监控；
• To supervise and urge continuous improvements of production department via feedback all abnormal findings during testing/inspection timely
通过反馈过程检验中的异常, 督促生产持续改进；
• To optimize product, inspection & process specification by analysing test data
通过对检验数据的分析统计, 优化产品规格、检验规范及生产控制条件；
• To ensure testings’ accuracy by daily maintenance of test instruments and tools
通过对检测设备、工具的日常维护保养, 确保其检验准确性.

• Education教育
Bachelor or above, major in Chemistry or Polymer.本科以上学历 化学或高分子专业
• Job Experience工作经验
Fresh graduate 应届毕业生
• Language语言
Basic English skills in reading and writing is preferred基本的英语读写
• Computer Skill计算机技能
Skilled熟练
