Interns are responsible for
assisting in the delivery of key analytical and quantitative components of
client engagements with Life Sciences & Health Care industry. In this
capacity, interns will have the unique opportunity to develop skills and gain
valuable experience in the consulting field through hands-on participation in
consulting engagements. Interns will work on project basis and receive frequent
support and feedback from Consultants and Directors.
Interns will participate in
the same work streams as full-time analysts; while individual tasks may vary,
example responsibilities include:
Primary / secondary
data gathering and analysis; development of clear insights to support engagement
work streams and recommendations
Formulation and
testing of hypotheses to support development of client recommendations
Sourcing and
participation in primary research through interviews with key stakeholders
and industry experts
Assist in the development
of actionable insights and recommendations for client; creation of
client-facing materials / deliverables
Assist in research and
analysis to support firm initiatives such as thought leadership and client
development
Qualifications
Pursuing an undergraduate/graduate

professional analytics-oriented role; prior consulting experience helpful,

Demonstrated ability
to conduct structured and logical thinking, ability to break down problems
and develop problem-solving frameworks
Strong knowledge of
conducting quantitative analysis and presenting findings with Microsoft
Office Suite
Demonstrated ability
to proactively develop core skills independently, demonstrate good
executive presence, and collaborate closely in a professional environment
