岗位主要职责 Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for cluster meter engineering robustness, design for Manufacturing/Design for Assembly/Design for Service, part release, parts list/complexity management/ BOM management, Cost & Weight  

负责汽车组合仪表的工程可靠性，设计的制造性/装配性/服务性，零件释放，产品件号综合管理/BOM，成本&重量管理  

2. Lead and develop the cluster meter level Quality History/DFMEA/PFMEA/B-diagram/P-diagram etc. robustness analysis   

主导和开发汽车组合仪表的质量案列、DFMA、PMEA、产品模块图等可靠性工程分析  

3. Lead cluster meter Design rule check  

主导汽车组合仪表设计规范检查  

4. Evaluate and identify the suppliers to meet cost, quality, weight, volume and timing requirements  

评估和鉴别供应商的能力是否满足JLR成本，质量，重量，产能和时间进度目标要求  

5. Lead the supplier to design and develop components and/or system to meet all requirements including cost/quality/weight/timing  

主导供应商开发出符合JLR成本/ 质量/ 重量/ 产能和时间进度目标的零部件/系统  

6.  Develop and manage ESOW (Engineering Statement Of Work) to ensure all Quality, Design and Engineering requirements being fully cascaded to the supplier  

编写工程开发责任声明(ESOW)，确保产品质量，设计和工程要求完全传递给供应商去开发和管理产品  

7. Responsible for the robust design verification, production product validation and engineering sign-off activities, including supporting vehicle builds to ensure rapid issue identification & resolution  

负责汽车组合仪表可靠性设计验证，产品验证和工程签发；包括装车支持以确保问题的快速发现与解决  

8. Lead in resolving cluster meter issues to closure, including managing design & engineering changes  

主导汽车组合仪表质量问题的解决，管理工程设计变更  

9. Be based in Shanghai and support activities at Changshu. Also occasional travel to UK  

工作地点：上海，同时支持常熟工厂，偶尔到UK 的商务出差   

录用标准 Selection Criteria:

1. Degree in Mechanical and electrical / electronic/ electron related field  

2. Good general computer skills inc. MS office suite, CATIA or other CAD tools, CHS or equivalent Harness Development tools    

3. The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives

4. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks    

5. Willing to take the lead and challenge others to deliver      

6. Able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required

7. Fluent English
