1) Assist the Customer Service & supply chain Manager in all supply chain and customer service related matters
2) Generate order process, shipment follow up in a timely manner
3) Effectively coordinate on all customer service related issues such as quotation, complaint, returns and replacement as required
4) Effectively and regularly updating of Sales / Orders / Shipment Report
5) Maintain liaison with factories and other departments for order completion
6) Effectively generating & maintaining of documents and sales-related reports
7) Work closely with internal colleagues to provide excellent customer services to distributors and end-users in order to achieve customer satisfaction
8) Work with distributors/customers and related sales personnel to update on payment terms and conditions timely
9) Other tasks assigned by the manager
任职要求:
1) University graduate in business or equivalent
2) Must be an effective communicator in both written and spoken English
3) Must be competent in MS Office software packages
4) Must have good interpersonal skills and is self-motivated
