+ Provide assistance to the Property management and operations
+ Assist in variance reporting on budgets and tenancy management;
+ Prepare internal approvals for leasing and capital expenditure in line with delegated authorities;
+ Register all enquires on the central database and relevant master lists;
+ Support Property Managers and the team on general property management issues in the portfolio and ad-hoc analysis projects and assist in consolidating data for reporting;
+ Follow-up of tenant invoices and collection of monthly rental payments;
+ Assist in quarterly re-forecast and monthly variance monitoring of the Net Property Income (Income and Expenses).
+ Support Property Operations with centralized ordering and purchase
+ Assist to prepare operation/CAPEX budgets and manage the recovery of outgoings from tenants;
+ Assist Monthly reforecast of income and expense for all properties.
+ Assist Reconcile tenants accounts when necessary;
+ Assist to process of suppliers’ invoices, answering correspondence and queries.
+ Assist to manage tenant invoices and collection.
+ General ad hoc tasks reasonably requested by the company.
Competencies: (knowledge and soft skill requirements of this position)
+ Fresh graduate in real estate, property management or others related;
+ High proficiency in both written and spoken English;
+ Strong computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word, basic financial modelling skills or experience would be a plus;
