1.        Major in Pharmaceutical Sciences/ Biological Sciences from reputable Medical University

2.        Confident communication skills

3.        Questioning/clarification skills

4.        Personal motivation skills and team player

5.        Attention to detail/accuracy

6.        Desire to learn and progress

7.        Strong analytical ability

8.        Prioritization/Time management skills

9.        Sound project management skills

10.    Proactively seeks feedback on written and verbal communication style

11.    Knowledge of Market Research project process and Market Research Industry 

12.    Medical and pharmaceutical major is preferred

13.    Fluent in English writing and reading
