Role Purpose:

The APM is responsible for ensuring the success of a job in terms of timely completion of the projects, quality and good sub-contractors’ / customers’ relations etc. He assists PM and SPM in the delivery of project(s) within the contractually executed parameters and in accordance with the requirements of the PDS Quality Management System to supervises and guides the project teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain relationship with the client and contractors

与客户及各分包商维持良好的关系；

2. Assist line manager to deliver the project according to the contract

协助直线领导按照合同约定执行并交付项目；

3. Performance project management according to PDS systems

按照部门制定的项目管理体系展开项目

4. Collect and filing the project daily documents;

项目日常文件的收集、整理；

5. Convene and record the project meetings，compile weekly/monthly report

项目会议的召集和记录，完成周报/月报；

6. Assist PM to deal with authority procedure or push the contractors to finish relative work

协助项目经理办理相关的政府手续或督促承包商完成与政府申报相关的工作

7. Inspect construction site and report to line manager

巡视现场并就发现的问题向领导汇报

8. Complete related works assigned by the line manager.

完成直线领导安排的其他项目工作事项

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Project Management, MEP, Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent

工程管理、机电、工民建、建筑学等相关专业本科或以上毕业

2. Min. 2-3 year’s relevant experience in construction, commercial office and retail interior fit-out works

有施工、商业办公楼和室内装修等领域的相关实习经验优先

有较强的口头表达能力，思维敏捷，快速反应，良好的沟通协调能力, 具有积极主动的态度和团队合作意识
