Job summary and Objective:
Creates and manages core marketing and communication activities – at a minimum to create:
China Marketing Collateral (capability statements / case studies / articles / videos / key client pitches)
T&T China wechat official account operationInternal communications including regular monthly base article on T2, writing up the articles from CSR, significant project showcases, B2B event, other important things happening in China.External Communications: Need to communicate with Marcomm in Singapore and UK to align with posting good articles of China on T&T social media channels.
Identifies and builds relationships with industry groups or partners to help build Turner & Townsend profile in China
Assist with Business Generation Manager to organise the B2B event;
Generate good flow of CSR Activities in Shanghai Office;
Support the development of a marketing activity plan that builds the Turner & Townsend brand in China, considering industry trends and clients The individual will be responsible for the timely and high quality execution of Marketing programs and activities for Turner & Townsend’ marketing strategy
Responsibilities:
Start with the China portfolio consolidate (China Case studies, Capability Statements, CVs etc. general portfolios in English, Chinese and bilingual version;
Monthly base refresh all the portfolios including Case studies, Capability Statements, CVs, company introduction presentation
Create, plan, and execute content for T&T Wechat official account;
Create, plan, and execute content for T&T China web, (
External social media channel post as articles/videos for T&T;
Work with the designers of China T&T brochure and introduction videos;
Produce or work with the designers videos for China significant projects or some remarkable events;
Assist with Business Generation Manager to organise the B2B event, coordinate with partners Marketing Representatives for all the preparations and attendees;
Make the plan for whole year marketing plans internal and external actions;
Ensure that all Marketing & Communications activities are designed to support the strategic needs of Turner & Townsend Be the local Turner & Townsend “brand guardian” ensuring knowledge of all brand policies and practices
Support business generation manager in the creation and collation of key business generation and marketing reports for senior management
Requirements:
Academic: University degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent Work experience
0-3 years of working experience after graduation from University;
Possess excellent English and Chinese writing and communications abilities
Marketing programs management experience, including email, website marketing, social media, publications, events, community and content marketing A keen sense for unearthing and structuring internal case studies and stories into industry insights and articles that will resonate outside the construction industry .
Better with the wechat official account operation experience;
Skilled using Office softwares, Photoshop, video edting
