Accountabilities:
1. Process repair estimates submitted by vendors in DepotSmart on a timely manner;
2. Input repair estimates prepared by unionised depots/terminals into DepotSmart;
3. Compile daily status summary reports for respective regions to take follow up actions accordingly.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mecha-tronics/Mechanism/Reefer related field;
2. Good command of both oral and written English;
3. Good knowledge in Microsoft applications;
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team work spirit;
5. Self-motivated, and passion in learning new technology.

工作职责：
1.及时正确地批复供应商上传的设备修理单；
2. 手动输入供应商提交的修理单进 公司系统里；
3. 技术指导，协助Region/Local office进行更好地设备操作管理。
职位要求：
1.全日制本科学历，机械、机电一体化等相关专业;
2.英语佳，CET-4必需，CET-6优先考虑;
3.熟悉MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint等办公软件的使用;
4.具有团队合作精神以及良好的沟通能力；
5. 乐于学习新技术。
