Basic tasks:

1.      Assist E-commerce related activities

2.      Aftersales data analysis based on existing data source  - big data practices

3.      Campaign review: Collect dealer feedback, apply for data request and pre-calculation, and draft monthly campaign report

4.      Invoice and contract collection for dealer support and compensation activity

Requirements:

1.      Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably major as information technology, economy, statistic, computer science, project management etc.

2.      Work five days a week during 6-month internship.

3.      Be proficient in both spoken and written English, our boss is a German gentleman.

4.      Be proficient in using software; must: R or Python and Office; nice to have: other data-related tools or techniques such as SQL.

5.      Strong sense of responsibility and capable of communicating and working with different departments.

工作内容：

·        协助BMW电商开展的各项业务；

·        售后大数据分析；

·        BMW售后客户忠诚度相关活动前期方案策划、分析，后期数据提取、报表的整理及制作等；

·        经销商支持项目发票及合同的收集和整理；

工作要求：

·        本科或研究生均可，专业为信息技术、经济学、统计学、计算机科学或项目管理等；

·        实习期为6个月，每周工作5天；

·        良好的英语基础；

·        熟练使用R或Python，Office办公软件；会使用SQL等数据分析或处理软件者优先；

·        强烈的责任感，可以胜任跨部门的合作及沟通；
