Check the TEX documents version and translate into local version if necessary

检查克诺尔卓越汽车质量体系中的文档版本，如果有需要的话将其转换为本地版本

Follow up the actions of Quality Roadmap

跟进质量“路标”项目。

Handle customer claim and transfer it to local plants

独立负责处理客户投诉，并且将其传达到各地工厂

Support the on-site investigation and solve the customer claim

协助现场调查，解决客户投诉

Prepare monthly report like KPI data sheet, PPAP submission list, COPQ list, attendance form, etc.

制作月度报告，如KPI数据表、PPAP提交清单、COPQ、出勤记录等

Administrative work requested by management like sending claimed parts by express, reimbursement, schedule arrangement for visitors, etc.

完成主管要求的相关行政工作

Job Specification任职条件

Master degree and major in Electronic, Mechanical or related major

电子、机械或者其他相关专业，本科及以上在读

At least work 3 days/week, better 5 days

每周至少出勤3天，全勤最佳

Good command of MS office tool

熟练使用MS office软件

Known of timing concept

拥有良好的时间观念

Customer oriented and high self-motivation with strong team work

以客户为导向，良好的自我激励以及团队合作能力

You’ll achieve:

Knowledge of regulations of quality Management systems, IATF16949:201 深入了解质量管理体系规范IATF16949

Project management experience 项目管理经验
Communication skills improvement 提升职场沟通技巧
Real practical experience 实践经验

Knowledge of whole Quality operation process 了解质量工作的整套流程
