职位描述

Responsibility:

Support the “End to End Reviews’’ of nominated brands i.e. EVEN, Hualuxe, work closely with internal stakeholders HLG, Brand, Operations etc.

Support on potential introduction of new brands into GC

Co-ordinate and critically analyze documents from HLG Teams and their AA assist

Review project reports and project program documents for data accuracy and program adherence and potential delays to HOM dates

Assist in completing and/or coordinating activities as related to projects; assist in establishing and/or communicating project timetables, action steps and status updates; follow-up, as appropriate, to ensure timely execution to meet established deadlines.

Requirement:

With skills and education within the fields of commercial design, engineering, QS, or Project Management, if possible rounded out with Business Administration learnings.

Can start initially with a six month term, with the option to extend.

3 days + per week.

Good technical knowledge and understanding, oral, written & communication skills both in English and Chinese;

good presentation and interpersonal skills, strong computer skills in Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
