Location: East Nanjing road(南京东路地铁站)

Job Responsibilities:
· Assisting our consultant to conduct market information research including cold calls and mapping
· Conduct phone interviews and maintain good and long-term relationships with qualified candidates
· Support the team’s interview and assessment arrangement, and feedback tracking
· Maintain and update all the related information about candidates into online system


You’re required:
· Junior/Senior college student, can work at least 4-5 days per week
· Enthusiasm for the headhunting industry
· Hard-working, result-driven, ambitious and collaborative
· Good at data acquisition and data analysis, sensitive to data
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with logical thinking
· A bachelor's degree holder or equivalent
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English
