Responsibilities:

1.Review commercial contracts in English and in Chinese; 审阅中英文商务合同；

2.Identify and analyze legal and contractual risks; 指认和分析法律和合同风险；

3.Make review comments and revise the contracts if needed; 摘录纪要，有需要的话修改合同。

Requirements:

1.Committed and available to work at least 3 days a week during semesters, and full-time in 2.holidays; 平时每周保证至少三天的工作量，寒暑假期间全职；

3.Fluent in both oral and written English; 流利的英文口语和书面表达；

4.Outstanding academic credentials from a reputable school with a law degree will be a plus; 优先考虑优秀的法学院学生；

5.Proficient in MS office tools; 精通电脑操作，尤其是 office软件；

6.Team player and self-motivated; 有独立工作和团队合作的精神；
