Provide administration support to ensure AfterSaleService operations are maintained in an effective and accurate manner.
- Handle repaired products
1. receive, send out and arrange repaired products
2. take photos of leather products
3. maintain after sale service system
4. arrange spare parts
5. make an inventory once a month
* Handle other tables (manual movement, defective& damage cleanout transfer, etc)
* Organize documents
* Translate relevant documents
* Perform other related duties as required.
1. Fluent in English, and with good communication skills.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
3. With strong sense of responsibility, and passion and desire for luxury industry.
4. Optimistic, accountable, able to work under pressure.
5. At least 3 days a week
