Coordinate deliveries for new opening stores from Chinese suppliers to overseas subsidiaries and franchises
Check quotation
Check inspection report
Prepare and chop invoices
Check customs classification for A2C
Accept Booking in SAM system
Update Logex system
Support ad-hoc tasks per requirement
Requirement:
University students with bachelor or master degree
Good oral and written English skill
Good Communication skill
Fast learner with high motivation to take challenges
Detail-oriented
Work at least 3 days per week
Long term availability intern will be highly considered
