Provide administrative support to business development team on following tasks:
o Travel arrangement, expense report and reimbursement
o Meeting room logistic support;
o PR/PO/Payment application and tracking;
o Postal support
o Develop key monthly reports and tasks:
o Monthly sales report
o Monthly sales benchmark data analysis
o Monthly A&P expense report
o Monthly payment from/invoice for Gujin and department store business
· Co-ordinate weekly/quarterly store replenishment with retail and logistic teams;
· Provide support to key A&P and sales activities as assigned;
· Record Information management & Documentation: keep the related document according to the company requirement.
· Manage product and POSM samples, as required.
· Other support assigned
