Job Description：

This role will initially look to clean up purchasing data and ensure timely data updates for PIR and supply chain and act as a resource for AP to analyse vendor performance and scorecard systems.

As a data supporter, the intern need to support the ERP data management and reporting for AP (& China), which may need to:

A. Vendor Scorecard

a. Ensure AP data format aligns with Global needs

b. Develop score cards for all of AP managed vendors

B. Material Master Maintenance

a. Identify SKU’s for obsolescence

b. Initial review of price variance e.g. Same Part / Different Buying org

c. MOQ / Rounding quantity verification and modification

d. Lead-time

C. Vendor Master Maintenance

a. Vendor Profile Creation / extension

b. Identify Obsolescent Vendors

c. Data verification / modification (Name, contact info)

D. Spend data analysis

a. Spend Data reports

b. Unpaid Invoice Reports – Capital

E. Buyer Assistance

a. RFQ review / analysis

b. Sharepoint project folder management

F. Supplier Data Management

a. Environmental Score Card

b. Quality Score Card

Job Responsibility:

A. Highly numerically competent with excellent Excel skills

B. Good English language capability and communication skill.

C. Able to work 3-5 days per week

D. This position is based in Jiang Chang San Road, Jing’an District (near Metro Line One: Wenshui Road Station. We also provide shuttle bus which covers majority of the city.)
