Overview of job 
We are looking for an HR Intern to assist GroupM China Learning & Development Team in daily training execution, communication and promotion etc. You should be able to work 3-5 days per week.

Job Responsibilities

1.    Support critical L&D programs on materials collection, development and design

2.    Assist in generate attractive internal training-related communication and promotion

3.    Maintain program documentation, materials and records

4.    Other ad hoc work based on team priorities

Requirements

1.    Students who are Junior, Senior or Grade 1 master

2.    Strong willing to learn, detail-oriented with can-do attitude

3.    Good at Communication

4.    Be skilful at Microsoft Office, familiar with video or design software is preferred

5.    Be able to work 3-5 days a week lasting over 2 months

- 大三，大四，研一均可，专业不限

- 主要支持培训的宣传海报设计、内部推广软文，视频制作

- 报及软文的框架、核心内容及主题是确定的，最终海报的设计走轻快、潮、简单直接风格，软文用词俏皮、活泼，接地气

- 视频方面素材大多是现成的，需要剪辑、拼接等）

- 每周3-5天，能保证2个月以上的实习
