职位描述
Design and develop test strategy to ensure new products meet customer requirements Develop test methodology, hardware and software and software program to support warranted paramatric specifications on products data sheet Develop automation system based on advanced digital tools/platform to improve the efficiency of the process including but not limited to image recognition, robotic control, data analysis and web application development Management the development of test stations, measurements and tests to ensure product performance meets customer requirements, with efficient factory process Partner with a worldwide team to plan and execute coordinated new product releases. Provide local and worldwide expertise on parametric and functional test stations and test equipment, define measurement uncertainty analysis, improve station measurement productivity, reliability and quality through measurement uncertainty analysis, and process improvement Participating in transfer project, work with manufacturing department to set up production line with stable testers, solves the technical issues of tester systems after new production release Test system enhancement to improve productivity of existing processes, and improve product reliability and quality Create and store test documentations as required by test development process to ensure business continuity Bachelor or Master degree or University Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines Strong capacity and skills to learn and acquire new technical solutions Education and practical experience in hard ware and software designs Demonstrated proficiency of programming with C#, Python, C/C++, JavaSript etc Preferred with experience in image processing or web application. Excellent Team player and communication skills, strong analytical problem solving skills Demonstrates effectiveness with interpersonal skills and interfacing with teams that are both local and global Demonstrate the abilities to produce useful engineering solutions for assigned problems in an independent manner Strong English skill in writing, listening, and speaking
