We are seeking an Intern – Sales Administrator to assist consulting staff in the timely delivery of high quality recruitment services. Responsibilities of this position includes but not limited to
· Doing the coding for internal database system
· Download and screen candidate profile and make a concise remark
· translate of internal documents between English and Chinese
· formatting candidate resumes
· other ad hoc projects as assigned by line manager
To be a successful candidate, you will need to possess the following skills/competencies
· Professional communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
· Intermediate to advanced word-processing skills
· Excellent customer service attitude
· Pro-active and able to use own initiative
· Great organisational and time management skills
