职责:
1、负责电话转接,来访接待;
2、负责酒店及票务预订;
3、负责文件收发管理;
4、负责办公用品的管理;
5、协助审批文件的审核、传递;
6、协助及配合各部门的日常工作;
7、完成上级交办的其他工作;
Responsibility:
- Receive and transfer the calls to related parties professionally and maintain telephone directory
- Receive company visitors with compliance of office regulation and greet internal employees
- Order flight tickets/train tickets/hotel/restaurant
- Handle in-coming and out-going mails/couriers
- Maintain files and records, File office documents
- Administer Office supplies such as stationery/refreshment
- Responsible for office security monitoring and keep a good badge record
- Check and classify documents, contracts and vouchers
- Provide efficient and timely admin support to other departments;
- Other duties as assigned.
