The major objective of the job is to support N/E China Sourcing& Execution team, and other projects, to make sure smooth operation of routine activities and support leader on other assigned work.  

The responsibility is also including managing STO claims, processing billing and payment, coordinate with trucking vendor, carrier and warehouse on daily operation issue, processing mapping and excel data projection.

3. Join the improvement project as a project supporter

4. Po creation

5. SAP request forms signature and scan

6. Customs documentation filing

7. Other administration work per request

8. Engagement (Coordinate with every ad-hoc projects and give constructive proposals in order to enhance team development and personal capability upgrading as well.

Intern requirements:
