Summary
This job aims to drive the progress of HR policies update to keep up with the changing labor market and business world.
This internship could provide a practice opportunity of learning a specific law, analyzing the development of one legal topic, revising HR policy according to each relative law update, presenting the analysis to different stakeholders, etc. You may also develop your knowledge in HR functions and help you understand how HR department is working, the liaisons between different sub-functions and the impacts on each other as a cycle.
Main Responsibility
· Review the current HR policies and propose the list of topics to update from legal perspectives.
· Research in new laws such as EU GRPR, PRC Cybersecurity Law or updated regulations such as change of social security collector;
· Propose and draft changes in current HR policies and documents;
· Get validation and notarization from management, lawyers and notarization department;
Length: 3 to 6 months, Available to work at least 3 days per week;
Education
Senior University students or Master students, majoring in laws
Skills
Candidates passing PRC bar are preferred;
Research and analytical skills;
Read/Write in English and in Chinese;
Self-learner for miscellaneous topics
Knowledge
Interests in laws related to HR topics;
Used to use google and law index website;
