Reception and Administration Intern (GZ)
Job Description
· Responsibilities include all administrative functions of the department:
Answering phones, managing correspondence and scheduling couriers/bank car/conference rooms, creating or modifying business documents, preparing presentations from source materials, handling teleconference and BlackBerry setups;
· May include some support for tracking budget expenditures; processing expense reports
· Coordinates and maintains departmental files, as assigned, in compliance with corporate and government regulations.
· Procurement: purchasing and requisition procedures, Corporate Security and Privacy Rules, Corporate Branding Guidelines, and Copy Center procedures (if applicable). Orders business cards and stationery.
· Uses basic to intermediate software skills to perform work assigned.
· May train/coordinate work for new administrative assistants
· Ensure a smooth and efficient office operation and daily administrative support
· Support and coordinate with line of business to ensure the high efficiency of information flow
· Assist to organize and coordinate company events like annual dinner and other company events
· Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. 3-5 working days per week, 3 months, onboarding ASAP.

4. Communication & coordination skill
5. Good English/Cantonese/ mandarin skill
