WORKING TIME REQUIREMENT:

  • 4-6 months is an advantage. 3 months is minimum requirement.

  • Can work 4-5 days per week.

 

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support internal communication and coordination for events/transversal topics for OPER China

  • Support internal administration tasks (org-chart, contact info, meeting arrangement, etc)

  • Support regular/adhoc reporting/dashboard on transversal topics

  • Support, coordinate and maintain engagement program (newsletter,events, onboarding

  • program, and a series of initiatives identified)

  • Support HC, budget and cost monitoring

  • Support KPI report automation and KPI analysis initiatives

  • Assist and support Ad-hoc requests on CoS functions

 

COMPETENCY REQUIRED:

  • High proficiency in English (both written and oral)

  • Office pack, especially for Excel and PowerPoint

  • Basic Banking and Finance knowledge

  • Good Communication Skills

  • Flexible and fast learning

  • Event management & communication skills and capacity to work in a team
