Assistant to President,APAC
1. Manage President's calendar, schedule travel arrangements; support with travel documentation and procedures.
2. Provide general administrative support to President, including meeting minutes, expenses reimbursement,paper translation, maintaining up-to-date contact database, paper filing etc.
3. Deliver the messages or information to President timely and accurately.
4. Prepare and double check the docs should be signed by President or Commercial Teams.
5. Take control of the management of specific projects, as directed by President.
6. Coordinate other business activities related.
7. Other tasks assigned by President;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Detail-oriented and productive
3. Strong personal values and high levels of integrity and loyalty
4. Smart and Patient
5. Fluently oral & written English
6. Experienced in internship will be better
