Detecon Consulting Co., Ltd. – founded in 2002 – is a wholly foreign owned entity (WFOE) of Detecon International GmbH which itself is a subsidiary of T-Systems, the business customer brand of Deutsche Telekom AG. Detecon helps its clients to develop innovative business models and corporate strategies in telecommunications, automotive and high-tech industries as well as in the public sector. Automotive group’s business scope embraces strategy & innovation, big data & BI, IT security, IT management, customer relationship management & marketing, digitalization.

Location:

Apartment No. 041 & 042, Entrance No. 1 at Sanlitun Diplomatic Office Building Compound, Gongti Beilu, Chaoyang District, Beijing

Salary:

§  120 RMB/Day for Bachelor student；

§  150 RMB/Day for Master student

Duties & Responsibilities:

§  Support the recruitment of interns and FTEs of Auto group;

§  Support on-boarding process for the new interns and employees;

§  Report recruitment status to recruiters and partner;

§  Administrative support for the recruiters and partner

Requirements：

§  Education: students from top universities both at home and abroad, no restriction on major

§  Language: fluent in both oral and written English, German will be a plus

§  Others:

-       At least 4 days/week, no less than 3 months, can start ASAP.

-       Being familiar with HR system or administration management is appreciated

-       Passion for automotive industry and consulting

-       Pressure resistant, can deal with multitasks, clear logic, good at analyzing and solving problems promptly

-       Strong communication skills, being able to focus on the details, clear logic, professional attitudes, and outgoing, extroverted personality

-       Strong sense of teamwork and responsibility

工作内容:

§  负责汽车组实习生和正式员工招聘工作

§  负责新员工入职

§  向合伙人及项目经理汇报招聘进度

§  行政事务支持

任职要求：

§  教育背景： 国内外顶尖高校在校学生，金融相关专业优先考虑

§  语言能力：良好的英文会话及写作能力，德语是加分项

§  其他：

§  能够保证至少3个月的实习，每周4天，可以尽快入职

§  熟悉人力资源业务及行政管理者优先考虑

§  对汽车及咨询行业充满热情

§  抗压能力强，能适应多任务处理，逻辑清晰，能迅速分析及解决问题
