BMW Parts Quality Management and Purchasing Department Intern

Job Description (Team Assistant):

1. Take care of team members’ travel arrangement, reimbursement through Concur, cost recovery process, meeting arrangement and travel tasks.

2. Organizing monthly workshop, team building activities and team meetings.

3. Administrative work to support the whole team.

4. Support QMT & Pur s to communicate with suppliers and present report in daily meeting.

5. Other tasks given by project leaders.

   Requirements:

1. Fluent in both writing and speaking English. German is preferred.

2. Excellent skills in MS office.

3. Friendly and details-oriented personality, strong interpersonal communication.

4. Work 4-5 days per week for continuous 6 months. (Monday & Tuesday’s Attendance is mandatory)

5. Must maintain student identity during the internship.
