Main Tasks:
- Collect IP laws, news, cases regularly, and summarize important IP cases in English
- Support for preparation of evidences or other documents if necessary
- Support for department’s Newsletter
- Proceed with employee expense claims and outsourcing expenses payments
- Purchase office supplies by request
- Pick up mails and magazines
- Support for team's events
1. Can work in 3 days one week for at least 6 months.
2. Good in both spoken and written English.
3. Proficient in MS word, excel and PowerPoint.
4. Major in IP is preferred.
